Shipping & Deliveries
We ship goods free of charge to all areas of Mainland UK including Northern Ireland and Isle of Man. For shipping to the Channel Isles and destinations outside the UK please contact us before placing your order on 01580 291025 or ++44 1580291025 International.
Please contact us before placing your order if you wish the delivery to be to a third party address. We reserve the right to only deliver to the card holders address.

Shipping & Delivery Details
We aim to dispatch your order the next working day, orders placed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be sent on Monday. If we are unable to do this we will contact you with a dispatch date, you may cancel for a full refund if this is unacceptable.
If you wish to receive you order on a particular day please contact us and we will do our best to achieve this.
We normally use Royal Mail or Parcelforce depending on the weight, size and value of the parcel.
A signature will be required on delivery of your goods. If there is no one available to sign for your goods a card will usually be left advising you of what action needs to be taken.
This usually involves arranging a re-delivery or collecting the item from your local Depot.
We cannot be held liable for delays in delivery due to third parties.
If your goods cannot be delivered for any reason and are returned to us, the cost of the goods will be refunded in full less a £9.99 charge to cover packing and administration costs.
If it becomes apparent that your order has been lost in the post, we will re-send your order if stock is available at no cost to you. We will need confirmation of the loss from the carriers, please allow four to six weeks for them to confirm the loss.
